- The SecurID software OTP Credential generates one-time passwords, providing more secure authentication than reusable passwords.
- Approve (push notifications) presents users with authentication prompts that can be easily confirmed by tapping a button on their registered device.
- Biometric methods enable users to authenticate using the biometrics available on their device.
- The QR code method allows users to authenticate by scanning a QR code provided by the authentication interface.
The Authenticator app is a straightforward, efficient, and all-encompassing solution.
Note: To utilize this app, your company must be an RSA customer. If you haven't received the necessary information to register your device, please reach out to your Help Desk Administrator.
The RSA Authenticator app serves as an upgrade to the existing SecurID 4.x app and replaces the SecurID Authenticate 3.9.x app.
